Yoga Therapy
Yoga therapy is that facet of the ancient science of Yoga that focuses on health and wellness at all levels of the person: physical, psychological and spiritual. Medical research shows that Yoga therapy is among the most effective complementary therapies for several common ailments and in temporary conditions like pregnancy or childbirth.
Our yoga therapist will prescribe specific regimens of postures, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques to suit your individual needs.
We strongly recommend a yoga therapy session for you if you are pregnant, preparing for pregnancy or have given birth recently. Yoga therapy is also recommended in chronic illnesses and even for general wellbeing.
We are also happy to help you if you already practicing yoga on your own or if you have just started your yoga teacher carrier.
Pregnancy Yoga Therapy
Antenatal yoga is specific for the special needs of each semester and birthing. It includes postures (for body), pranayama (breathing) for hormones and birthing, yoga nidra (deep relaxation) and meditation for mother-child connection.
Mum & Baby Yoga Therapy
Post-natal postures are restorative and toning. Postures, breathing and meditation are tailored to your individual needs and time that you available.
Mum and baby yoga creates a sacred space where mother includes her child in her own personal 'needs' and restoration. The mind-energy effect is very intimate, both mum and baby will blossom.
